Rawalpindi: The division bench of Rawalpindi High Court comprising Justice Mirza Waqas Rao and Justice Chaudhry Abdul Aziz has once again postponed the hearing of 12 appeals of President Asif Zardari and FIA accused in the Benazir Bhutto murder case for an indefinite period.
Rejected the CPO’s request for response on the alleged arrest of the accused in the case, Raffaqat Hussain, and ordered to submit a full execution report on the ongoing arrest warrant.
The court declared that first the appearance of all the accused will be completed, after that the case appeals will be heard.
