BEIJING: Kunlon Tech, an online game publisher, has launched an artificial intelligence (AI) tool that can create short-lived dramas.
According to Kunlon Tech’s release and demo, SkyRails, the world’s first AI-reels platform, is capable of scripting, creating characters, plots and storyboards, producing dialogue and music for short-form video production. .
According to the Beijing-based company, the platform is based on Kunlon’s self-developed Large Language Models (LLMs) and can generate videos up to 180 seconds long. With this feature, the platform will surpass OpenAI’s text-to-video tool Sora (which can create 60-second clips).
A number of Chinese companies are exploring ways to create useful tools powered by Generative A. Doing so will make the country a crowded market for AI apps.
Kunlon Tech has already launched a streaming music platform and music creation tool Murica.
