Islamabad: Ali Amin Gandapur’s request for exemption from attendance in the audio leak case was approved.
The audio leak case against Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur was heard by Additional and Sessions Judge Abdul Ghafoor Kakar, in which Ali Amin Gandapur’s lawyer Raja Zahoorul Hasan Advocate appeared in the court.
During the hearing, Ali Amin Gandapur’s request for exemption from attendance was filed, which was accepted by the court.
Later, the court adjourned the hearing of the case till September 21.
