Aamir Khan Searches for New Home with Wife Gauri Spratt After Marriage

Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan and his wife are reportedly planning to move into a new rented residence in Mumbai by the end of 2026 or early 2027 as redevelopment work forces them to vacate their current apartments.
Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan and his wife, Gauri Spratt, are reportedly searching for a new home in Mumbai, just months after their marriage.
According to Indian media reports, the couple is expected to move into a new residence by the end of 2026 or early 2027. The actor is currently living with his family in four rented apartments within a residential building in Mumbai’s upscale Pali Hill neighbourhood.
However, the building’s management has reportedly finalised an agreement for redevelopment, requiring Aamir Khan and his family to vacate their current accommodation.
Meanwhile, renovation work is underway at another rented property selected by the actor and his wife. The new residence is being customised according to Aamir Khan’s personal preferences and requirements.
This is not the first time the actor has had to relocate because of redevelopment. He previously moved out of his permanent residence at Union Park in Mumbai due to ongoing construction work.
His permanent property is located in the Bella Vista and Marina Apartments complexes, where redevelopment activities are currently underway. According to media reports, the project could take several years to complete, with the actor’s permanent residence potentially becoming ready around 2030.
Until then, Aamir Khan and his family are expected to continue living in rented accommodation in Mumbai.
