Google AI Seekho 2026 Celebrates Pakistan’s Top AI Builders with PKR 2.5 Million Prize Pool

Karachi, Pakistan, August 3, 2026 – Google has concluded AI Seekho 2026, one of Pakistan’s largest artificial intelligence developer initiatives, highlighting the country’s rapidly growing AI ecosystem and the increasing demand for next-generation digital skills.

Organized in collaboration with the Ministry of IT & Telecommunication (MoITT), Telenor Pakistan, and Innovista, the nationwide program attracted more than 50,000 developers and AI enthusiasts, received over 17,000 registrations, and generated 1,500+ AI-powered projects built using Google AI Studio and Google Antigravity.

The national finale featured a competition among Pakistan’s most promising AI innovators, with a total prize pool of PKR 2.5 million, including a PKR 1 million grand prize awarded to the overall champions.

Pakistan’s AI Talent Takes Center Stage

AI Seekho 2026 showcased how wider access to advanced AI technologies is enabling a new generation of innovators from diverse educational and professional backgrounds.

According to the organizers, 40% of participants were working professionals, while women accounted for 25% of the overall participants, reflecting growing inclusivity in Pakistan’s technology sector.

The initiative demonstrated Google’s commitment to democratizing AI development by providing accessible tools that allow builders to transform innovative ideas into practical solutions addressing real-world challenges.

Winners of AI Seekho 2026

National Champion – Team Struggler (PKR 1 Million)

The top prize went to Team Struggler, comprising two students from DHA Suffa University, Karachi. Their project is an AI-powered single-player game that dynamically adjusts difficulty based on a player’s behavior using Google Antigravity, creating a personalized gaming experience.

Second Prize – Team Nurture (PKR 650,000)

Team Nurture, made up of designers from Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, and Peshawar, developed Hazir, an AI-powered service marketplace that automates bookings through intelligent AI agents. Their solution simplifies service requests, provider matching, job tracking, and ratings for Pakistan’s informal services sector.

Third Prize – Team Viberonix (PKR 325,000)

Childhood friends from Sahiwal, competing as Team Viberonix, secured third place with Wasila, an AI-enabled marketplace that allows users to request services through simple text messages while autonomous AI agents negotiate prices and finalize bookings.

The team impressed judges as an example of how self-taught developers can compete alongside traditionally trained engineers.

AI Seekho Builders Days Announced

To continue promoting AI innovation across Pakistan, Google and its partners will host AI Seekho Builders Days in:

  • Islamabad: August 8–9, 2026 (10:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
  • Karachi: August 8–9, 2026 (10:00 AM – 4:00 PM)

The events aim to bring together developers, creators, students, and technology enthusiasts to further strengthen Pakistan’s growing AI community.
