Peshawar High Court granted protective bail to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Senator Faisal Javed.
Justice Sahibzada Asadullah and Justice Sabitullah of Peshawar High Court heard the application filed by Senator Faisal Javed for details of the cases. The court ordered not to arrest Faisal Javed in the registered cases and granted protective bail.
The petitioner’s lawyer told the court that an application has been filed for details of the cases. Deputy Attorney General Malik Daniyal Khan said that 16 FIRs have been registered against Faisal Javed in Islamabad. We have given the details so that he can appear in the courts there.
The court said that if there are other cases of the government, then submit their reports as well. Special Prosecutor General NAB Muhammad Ali said that we will submit a response on behalf of NAB. Justice Sahibzada Asadullah said that we have granted you bail yesterday, we will give the same date in this case too. You will not be arrested if you go for Umrah. The court granted protective bail to Faisal Javed until April 15.
