Advisor to the Prime Minister on Political Affairs Rana Sanaullah has said that two senior judges of the Supreme Court have such an attitude in some matters that a reference can be made.
In an interview, Rana Sanaullah said that if you become the cause of such propaganda that defames the entire institution, it can be linked to misconduct, this matter has never been discussed in the cabinet.
He said that two judges are not allowing the work to run in the Supreme Court, they disagree on every matter, boycott or write letters.
He said that there are judges sitting in the judiciary who ruled the country, they used to make everyone from peons to the Prime Minister of the country stand in front of them. They used to make anyone they wanted stand in front of them in the name of suo motu notice.
He further said that we have not changed the old principle of appointment and transfer of judges. Justice Mansoor Ali Shah himself had given the formula regarding the appointment and transfer of judges. If the government made a constitutional amendment based on it, how can it be wrong?
It should be noted that yesterday, the Judicial Commission had approved the appointment of 6 judges in the Supreme Court, however, Justice Mansoor and Justice Muneeb Akhtar boycotted the meeting of the Judicial Commission.
