Islamabad: The Rawalpindi bench of the Anti-Terrorism Court has summoned the Adiala Jail Superintendent in personal capacity on February 6 on two contempt of court petitions filed by Bushra Bibi.
Bushra Bibi has filed two contempt of court petitions against the Adiala Jail Superintendent through her advocate Faisal Malik and advocate Ghulam Hasnain Murtaza.
The petitions have taken the position that the Adiala Jail Superintendent has committed contempt of court by not producing Bushra Bibi in court despite the court order in the February 1 hearing.
Judge Amjad Ali Shah of the Anti-Terrorism Court has summoned the Adiala Jail Superintendent in personal capacity for the February 6 hearing and sought his response.
