Sudesh shared an incident that turned his life around.
He said, “I was doing a private show when a drunk man came on stage, grabbed my collar and slapped me. My mic fell on the ground. My colleagues were ready to hit him, but I refused. “After that, I felt very sorry and decided that I would not perform at weddings.”
After this incident, Sudesh sold his house, paid off all his debts and decided to make his own identity. “I thought that I would get respect only when I made a name for myself,” he said. Then I got a comedy show which was a huge hit, and I travelled to many countries,”
Sudesh Lahri, while talking about his journey to success, also took a humorous dig at famous actress Archana Puran Singh. He said, “When everyone was laughing at me, my life was ruined, but when Archana Puran Singh laughed at me, I built many houses!”
Archana replied to his sentence, saying, “I have seen your house on your YouTube channel, you even have a home theatre!” To which Sudesh laughed and said, “Yes, I built it for Krishna Abhishek, because his films are not released in theatres!”
Sudesh Lahri revealed that he has never gone to school. “I have never seen a school in my life, but recently I got the opportunity to go to school for the first time while shooting for an advertisement,”
Sudesh also told the story of his marriage, saying, “My marriage was fixed, but the pressure “It was too much. I got fed up one day and said, ‘Get married now or I won’t.’ This happened at 10 in the morning and by 12 noon I was married.”
