Pakistan’s leading actress Ayesha Omar has revealed that she hosted a show on Pakistan Television (PTV) at the age of just 8.
Recently, while appearing as a guest on a podcast, Ayesha Omar shed light on various aspects of her showbiz career and personal life. She said that when she was 8 years old, she co-hosted the PTV show ‘Mere Bachpan Ke Din’ in Lahore with a senior host.
Ayesha said that at that time, Muneeza Hashmi was the MD of PTV and she designed the show. A young boy or girl was needed to host the show with a big host, and Ayesha was selected for this role.
She said that during this show, she interviewed many famous personalities including Javed Miandad and Adnan Sami Khan, and this experience was memorable for her. After which she became associated with showbiz from such a young age.
