PTI founder Imran Khan’s interim bail in 6 cases has been extended until January 28.
The Islamabad District and Sessions Court heard an application for interim bail in 6 cases against PTI founder Imran Khan and one case against Bushra Bibi. Additional Sessions Judge Muhammad Afzal Majuka heard the case.
Bushra Bibi’s lawyer Khalid Chaudhry filed an application for exemption from appearance today. The decision on Bushra Bibi’s bail application could not be announced, and the application for exemption from appearance was approved.
The junior lawyer said that PTI founder Salman Safdar’s lawyer cannot appear due to his engagement in another case.
The court adjourned the hearing on the interim bails of founder PI and Bushra Bibi until January 28.
