The buttons for English letters, numbers and symbols on the keyboard are useful, but did you know that there are also many buttons that are useless and useless?
The following 2 buttons are being told about the most useless buttons in the entire keyboard;
1) Scroll Lock
This button is located on the upper right side of your keyboard. The scroll lock function is not commonly used. And even when pressed, you will not see any obvious effect on your screen as a result.
Sometimes the button can be used for some program functions such as scrolling capabilities, such as in Microsoft Excel.
When using Excel, the arrow keys can be used to move from one cell to another while scroll lock is disabled.
But when turned on, the arrow keys cannot be used to change cells in Excel, but rather for screen scrolling, which is generally done with the mouse.
In other words, the scroll lock button is useless unless you are using Excel.
2) Pause/Break Button
This button is also located next to the scroll lock button. This button is also rarely used by anyone. It has no effect on most things, like scroll lock, when browsing the Internet or typing in Word.
Very rarely does the pause/break button stop a program that is open. But still, Microsoft claims that it was mainly used in older programs and is not very useful with more modern software.
