47 people were martyred and many were injured in the Israeli attack on the eastern part of Lebanon.
According to a foreign news agency, Israeli forces carried out indiscriminate bombing in the border area between Lebanon and Syria, resulting in the martyrdom of 47 people and many were injured. Among the martyred and injured are women and children.
Hospital sources say that the condition of several people injured in the Israeli bombing is critical. The Israeli army claims that Hezbollah positions in Lebanon were targeted and that a warning was issued to citizens to evacuate the area before the attacks.
According to a statement issued by the Israeli army, 10 rockets were fired from Lebanon at the northern town of Nahariya. A 30-year-old Israeli man was killed in the rocket attack, while most of the rockets were destroyed before reaching their targets. Hezbollah has confirmed the rocket attack on Israel. So far, 100 people, including more than 70 soldiers, have been killed in Hezbollah’s attacks on northern Israel.
