Director Nag Ashwin is going to have a new collaboration with Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt. After the success of Kalki 2898 AD, Nag Ashwin is working on another big project, in which the lead character will be based on a strong woman.
According to Indian media reports, Alia Bhatt is the best choice for the role, and she will be seen in another large-scale pan-India film after SS Rajamouli’s RRR.
According to sources close to the film, Ashwin has developed a story that requires emotional depth and intensity for the role, and Alia Bhatt is being considered as the best choice for it. The theme of the story will be based on motivation and women’s power, presenting the story of a powerful woman in the contemporary era.
The untitled project will be produced under the banner of Hyderabad-based Viganti Films and is expected to begin production in the second half of 2025. Alia Bhatt is currently busy shooting Yash Raj Films’ first female-centric film Alpha in the spy world.
