Aircraft maker Airbus has created an electric air taxi that will take people out of traffic jams and take them from one place in the city to another in minutes.
Flying at a speed of 70 miles per hour, this taxi named CityAirbus NextGen is capable of covering short distances.
The vertical take-off and landing aircraft is fully electric and has a seating capacity of four people.
This taxi can be continuously charged in mid-air and can continue to operate without interruption. The taxi has a wingspan of 40 feet and uses eight propellers for vertical flight.
Airbus says it will be used for a variety of purposes in major cities.
