Islamabad: PTI has filed a contempt of court petition against the Election Commission for non-implementation of the decision on specific seats.
The petition has been filed on behalf of PTI lawyer leader Salman Akram Raja, in which the Election Commission members have been made parties.
It has been said in the petition that the Election Commission should be ordered to implement the decision immediately, contempt of court action should be taken against the commission members, the parties should be instructed to implement the court decision.
