Islamabad: The indictment proceedings against Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi in the Tosha Khana 2 case have been delayed once again.
Due to the departure of Special Judge Central Shah Rukh Arjamand, the charge-sheeting against founder chairman PTI Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi has been postponed, after which a new date has been fixed for charge-sheeting.
The court adjourned the hearing of Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi to October 29 for indictment in the case.
It should be noted that the indictment proceedings against Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi in the Tosha Khana 2 case were postponed even 2 days ago. Due to security reasons, the last hearing was held in Judicial Complex Islamabad instead of Adiala Jail.
It should be noted that meetings and prison hearings are banned in Adiala Jail due to security concerns.
