Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur filed a security bail application in the Peshawar High Court.
Petitioner Ali Amin Gandapur filed the petition through his lawyer Alam Khan Adenzai Advocate.
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur took a stand in the petition that the petitioner is the chief minister of the province and cases have been registered against him in Islamabad and Punjab.
He said that the cases against us are registered but we do not have their details, we request the court to grant protective bail.
Ali Amin’s lawyer also requested that the application be fixed for hearing today.
