Karachi: Pakistan’s famous model and actress Daniya Anwar explained the reason for divorcing her first husband while participating in a private TV morning show.
The actress revealed on the morning show that her first husband was a drug addict and subjected her to mental and physical violence.
She said that she had to bear the violence of her drug addict husband only because she had no other option, she was not financially independent.
Daniya Anwar spoke openly about her divorce and said that the decision of divorce was difficult for me, but I do not regret any of my decisions.
She further said that when I decided to get a divorce, I did not tell my family that I was getting a divorce, but when they came to know about it, they supported me that now I have taken a decision. Stay strong.
After the divorce, he lived alone for a long time and his parents supported him a lot, while his young children also asked him to remarry. The actress admitted that she is very happy with her second marriage.
