Tokyo: Japan’s Nobel Peace Prize laureate Toshiyuki Mimaki has said that Gaza will have to win the war.
Toshiyuki Mimaki, a well-known anti-nuclear campaigner for the Japanese organization Nihon Hidankyo, has won the Nobel Prize. On this occasion, with tears in his eyes, he said, “I am surprised that I won this award instead of those who worked for the Gaza-Israel ceasefire.”
He said that seeing the blood-stained pictures of children in Gaza brought back memories of Japan’s 80-year-old scene.
