KARACHI: The Sindh High Court has approved the security bail of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Karachi President Raja Azhar, who is involved in the charge of indecent speech against the national security agencies during the protest over inflation.
In the High Court, a hearing was held on the security bail of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Karachi President Raja Azhar, who was involved in the charge of indecent speech against the national security agencies during the protest on the issue of inflation.
The lawyer stated that the petitioner has been appearing in the concerned court regularly, on the last hearing, there was an order to appear in two courts on the same day, due to which Raja Azhar could not appear in one court and the bail application was rejected.
The counsel for the petitioner said that the crackdown against the PTI leaders is going on and there is apprehension of arrest in this case, so protective bail should be granted.
The High Court granted Raja Azhar bail for 7 days and directed him to appear in the concerned court.
