CHENNAI: Legendary actor of Indian film industry Rajinikanth has been discharged from the hospital after recovering from a heart problem.
According to Indian media, Superstar Rajinikanth was discharged from the Apollo Hospital in Chennai around 11 pm on October 3.
According to the hospital administration, Rajinikanth had swelling in a major blood vessel of his heart which was treated by doctors in a non-surgical manner.
The statement said that doctors placed a stent inside Rajinikanth’s heart to remove the swelling from the blood vessel, after which he remained under observation in the hospital for two days.
According to sources, Rajinikanth has been advised by his doctors to rest for a couple of weeks, he will start shooting for his next film ‘Coolie’ after getting permission from his doctors.
After Rajinikanth’s return home, the fans are sending prayers for the actor’s full recovery and early return to the film world.
It may be noted that Rajinikanth was admitted to a hospital in Chennai on September 30 due to heart and stomach problems.
Rajinikanth had to be admitted to the hospital several times before due to medical problems and he has also been a victim of corona virus in the past.
