The Islamabad High Court has issued notices to the parties on the bail application of Imran Khan’s wife Bushra Bibi in the Tosha Khana 2 case.
Islamabad High Court Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb heard Bushra Bibi’s post-arrest bail application in Tosha Khana 2 Kisi. The court issued a notice to the parties and ordered them to submit their reply by next week.
Bushra Bibi’s lawyer took the stand that Bushra Bibi has been imprisoned since July 13 in this case. The trial court rejected Bushra Bibi’s bail application. It is requested from the court that the hearing be fixed for hearing again next Monday.
Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb said let the case proceed as usual. The new date for next week will be given later. The court adjourned the hearing of the case till next week.
