Israel launched more than 400 strikes against 290 targets in Lebanon, to which Hezbollah responded by launching its largest ever attack.
According to Arab media reports, 90 Hezbollah rockets hit targets within 50 kilometers of the border, with the coastal city of Haifa and Ramat David Airbase also being hit by Hezbollah rocket attacks.
According to Israeli media, sirens started ringing in 74 occupied settlements due to the attack of rockets from Lebanon. The Israeli defense system could not stop many rockets.
On the other hand, Israel has warned its citizens that a major counterattack is expected from Hezbollah on Haifa and other northern areas in the next 24 hours, for which Israel has issued an order to its citizens to be alert.
Earlier, Israel launched 2 major attacks on Lebanon in which 37 people were martyred, including Ibrahim Aqeel, head of Hezbollah’s Rizwan Force, and 16 other commanders.
On the other hand, in view of the Lebanon-Israel tension, the United States has instructed its citizens to leave Lebanon immediately.
The warning issued by the US Department of State states that US citizens may be harmed due to the tension in Lebanon and should leave Lebanon immediately.
