Rawalpindi: PTI founder Imran Khan has said that the only purpose of constitutional amendment is to keep me in jail.
In an informal conversation with journalists in Adiala Jail Rawalpindi, founder PTI said that the establishment of the Constitutional Court is being implemented because they are afraid of the Supreme Court, the future of the country will be destroyed by the new amendments.
He said that the only purpose of the constitutional amendment is to keep me in jail, the rulers have done enough to sink the raft of judiciary, all this is being done to hide the election fraud, they are afraid that if the election is opened, Everything will be reversed.
Imran Khan said that the rule of law is being flouted, no greater cruelty can be inflicted on the country than this, in the NAB amendments, he protected his theft by forgiving his billions of rupees, all this is happening against the country’s interest. Threatening judges, kidnapping people, dissolving a political party will increase political instability.
Imran Khan said yesterday that the money of those who brought the amendment is lying outside, the people sitting in the government do not want to see the judiciary independent, the interest of the elite and the country’s interest are contradictory. In 6 months, 4 thousand Pakistani companies were registered in Dubai. It doesn’t matter to them, their money and properties are outside, Mohsin Naqvi’s wife’s 500 million dollar property was revealed in Dubai leaks, now we are running the country with loans, that’s why inflation is not under control.
He further said that the people have to stand up to protect their rights and the judiciary. I stand with the judges, the judiciary and the journalists. They want to destroy the judiciary by bringing back Qazi Faiz. We will remain silent against it, we will strongly protest against it, we will hold a peaceful meeting and historic protest in Lahore on 21st.
