Pakistan Muslim League-N President Nawaz Sharif chaired the consultative meeting of Muslim League-N in Model Town Lahore.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz and other leaders participated in the meeting. In the meeting, discussions were held regarding the country’s political affairs and relief to electricity consumers, while a briefing was also given regarding the new local government system in Punjab.
According to sources, while addressing the meeting, Nawaz Sharif said that putting the economy on its feet is the priority, PTI’s poor policies pushed the people into inflation.
Nawaz Sharif said that the people are determined to give more relief, they will do whatever it takes to reduce electricity bills and strengthen the economy.
According to the sources, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif briefed the participants of the meeting on the new government’s economic policy.
