PTI leader Yasmin Rashid challenged the result of Mian Nawaz Sharif’s victory from National Assembly seat NA-130.
On behalf of Dr. Yasmin Rashid, in the petition in the Lahore High Court, the Rating Officer, Election Commission and others have been made parties. The leader of Tehreek-e-Insaf has taken a stand in the petition that Nawaz Sharif has lost according to Form 45, the PML-N leader declared himself the winner in Form 47 with alleged collusion, while we have the results of Form 45.

In the petition, he has pleaded that we have the results of Form 45, requesting the court to order the release of the results as per Form 45.
He pleaded in the petition that the court should issue orders to stop the Election Commission from issuing the final result, order a recount of the votes and declare the result of 47 null and void.

It should be noted that Nawaz Sharif has won from NA-130 Lahore by getting 171 thousand 24 votes while his opponent Yasmin Rashid lost by getting 115 thousand 43 votes.
