Islamabad: The Anti-Terrorism Court of Islamabad has granted interim bail to PTI Senator Shibli Faraz in exchange of 50,000 Machlaks.
Administrative Judge Raja Jawad Abbas heard the pre-arrest bail application, Shibli Faraz appeared in the court along with lawyers Naeem Haider Panjotha and Intar Hussain Panjotha.
Judge Raja Jawad Abbas said that I am not a duty judge and will look into the matter when the new judge is appointed, the first time the fine was 5 thousand and after he ran away it has increased to 50 thousand, the bail of Ali Amin Gandapur is also 50 thousand. Approved.
Lawyer Shibli Faraz said that Ali Amin Gandapur is the Chief Minister, he can give but not us. Raja Jawad Abbas said that there is no electricity due to which he cannot order, take written order by 12 o’clock.
The court approved Shibli Faraz’s pre-arrest bail for 50,000 machilak till April 17.
Bail was earlier dismissed for non-compliance before arrest.
A case has been registered against Senator Shibli Faraz in police station CTD regarding the vandalism of the judicial complex. He had approached the Anti-Terrorism Court Islamabad for pre-arrest bail.
