Islamabad: The Islamabad court has reserved its decision on the acquittal plea of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan and Shah Mahmood Qureshi in the Azadi March cases.
Judicial Magistrate Yasir Mahmood heard the pleas of acquittal. The court reserved its verdict on the acquittal plea in both the cases of Abpara police station. PTI’s lawyers appeared in the court and took the stand that the FIR was not registered by the competent authority. Even if there is a trial, there is no possibility of punishment.
The prosecution has no evidence except the flags. The court reserved its decision after completing the arguments on the acquittal petition of founder PTI Shah Mehmood Qureshi and Faisal Javed.
